近日，据消息报道，在顿涅茨克、卢甘斯克、扎波罗热、赫尔松四州举行完公投后，俄罗斯总统普京将在30日下午3点在克里姆林宫内的圣乔治大厅进行入俄条约的签署仪式。
而按照时差，以北京时间和莫斯科时间来计算我国要比俄罗斯早5小时，也就是说我们将会在晚上8点见证这一新历史。
