据报道，Adobe宣布以约200亿美元收购初创公司Figma，后者是一家开发“在线设计协作工具”的初创企业。根据协议，在这约200亿美元的收购金额中，其中约一半为现金，一半为股票。此外，将有大约600万股额外的限制性股票单元（RSU）被授予Figma的CEO和员工。Adobe预计，该交易将于2023年完成。
