洛阳玻璃9月14日公告，9月14日，公司与台玻东海签署《关于台玻福建光伏玻璃有限公司的股权转让协议》。据此，台玻东海同意将其持有的台玻福建100%股权转让给公司；公司同意受让台玻东海转让的台玻福建100%股权。标的股权的转让基准价格为4.22亿元。
