艾力斯9月14日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司总经理牟艳萍的书面辞职函。牟艳萍因个人原因申请辞去公司总经理职务，辞去上述职务后，牟艳萍仍将担任公司顾问。董事会同意聘任杜锦豪为公司总经理，任期为本次董事会审议通过之日起至第一届董事会任期届满之日。
