红星新闻网9月13日讯 据西安碑林公安微博消息，2022年9月12日，该局兴庆路派出所接报警称 “某小区门前一外籍人员骚扰女性”，民警立即出警并开展调查。
经查，违法行为人Lucas（男，25岁，坦桑尼亚籍）猥亵他人，被当场制止。
依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法）第四十四条、第十条第二款之规定，西安市公安局碑林区分局依法对Lucas作出七日拘留，附加限期出境的处罚。
