上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）ST榕泰公告，拟向广州嘉欣服装有限公司出售全资子公司揭阳市和富新材料有限公司（简称“和富新材料”）100%股权，股权转让价款初步确定为6900万元。根据公司初步测算，此次转让股权累计税后净收益预计约为6,076.74万元。
