上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）伟明环保公告，公司下属全资子公司伟明香港公司与Merit公司、格林美香港签署年产高冰镍含镍金属5万吨（印尼）项目合资协议，公司拟与Merit公司、格林美香港合资设立项目公司，投建年产高冰镍含镍金属5万吨，项目总投资不超过4.48亿美元。公司本次以自有资金对项目公司投资金额不超过0.69亿美元。
