哈尔滨市政府网站8月31日消息，根据国务院联防联控机制有关要求，经专家综合研判，市指挥部决定，自2022年8月30日18时起，将哈尔滨市南岗区红博中央公园食林F区01-02号杭点局-点心葱油面风险等级调整为中风险区；自2022年8月31日2时起，将哈尔滨市南岗区东大直街146号上和置地银座风险等级调整为中风险区。
