艾迪药业8月22日公告，公司拟与公司关联方北京安普生化科技有限公司（“北京安普”）共同出资人民币1000万元设立北京艾普医学检验实验室有限公司，其中，艾迪药业认缴货币出资人民币350万元，占注册资本的35%；北京安普认缴货币出资人民币650万元，占注册资本的65%；艾普医学拟从事的主营业务为聚焦于HIV领域及其他潜在可获益领域的医学检验服务。
