8月19日消息，今日晚间，寺库宣布与HCYK Corporation Management Partner和Timing Capital Limited各自签订协议。根据购股协议，HCYK将认购寺库3750000股A类普通股，总价为300万美元，Timing Capital将认购寺库1250000股A类普通股，总价为100万美元。该交易的完成须符合惯例成交条件。
