证券时报e公司讯，沐邦高科(603398)8月16日晚间公告，公司与鄂城区政府签订《战略合作框架协议》。双方愿意在鄂城区政府园区内安排项目用地约500亩，建设10GW TOPCON光伏电池生产基地项目。项目投资规模预计48亿元。另外，公司终止与安义县政府签订的建设8GW TOPCON光伏电池生产项目框架协议。
