挖贝网8月16日消息，熠烁科技（871799）监事会主席陈昆海因个人原因辞去监事、监事会主席职务，接任者未定，辞职后不再担任公司其它职务。
挖贝君注意到，陈昆海从上任到辞职仅4个月左右。今年4月13日，陈昆海被为熠烁科技监事会主席。
挖贝研究院资料显示，熠烁科技属于现代型物流企业，主要业务包括两个部分：即时配送服务和冷链物流。
