证券时报e公司讯，华阳股份(600348)8月5日晚间公告，控股子公司开元矿于6月10日发生一起事故，造成1人死亡，根据安全事故等级划分为一般事故，开元矿已于8月4日24时停产。开元矿核定产能300万吨/年，占全公司煤矿核定产能的7.77%。2021年实现营业收入18.4亿元，占公司2021年度经审计营业收入的4.84%。
