18:08 【激活楼市活力 多地调整二手房参考价政策】财联社8月4日电，自去年2月深圳施行二手房参考价以来，全国多地陆续推行，不过，近期多个城市对二手房参考价或指导价进行调整。根据克而瑞研究中心统计，有13个城市已取消或优化二手房参考价政策，其中包括西安、成都、宁波等城市。公开资料显示，目前仍在严格执行二手房参考价政策的仅剩上海、深圳两座城市。 (21财经)
