央广资本眼 北京报道 阿里巴巴今天在港交所发布公告称，委任希慎兴业集团有限公司执行主席利蕴莲，以及安永会计师事务所中国前主席吴港平为集团董事会独立董事，于2022年8月4日起生效。在此委任后，公司董事会现有12名董事，包括7名为独立董事。此外，公司的独立董事董建华在现任任期完结后将不会再参与董事会遴选，任期将于今年举行的年度股东大会完结。
