7月28日，平潭海事局发布航行警告，7月30日8时至21时 ，福建平潭一岐屿附近水域执行实弹射击训练任务，禁止一切船舶进入。具体警戒封锁区域为：A：25°25′27″N/119°48′15″E，B：25°21′55″N/119°44′35″E，C：25°14′45″N/119°48′17″E，D：25°22′10″N/119°53′27″E等四点连线范围内水域。
