登录神州专车APP发现，在网络正常情况下，其APP一直显示“网络异常，请检查网络重试”、“登录失败，请重试”字样。多次尝试，目前仍未能正常登录。与此同时，通过拨打显示为神州专车客服电话“10101111”，电话拨通后自动提示音为“对不起，您要的电话忙”。又尝试进入神州专车官网，但该网站显示处于无法打开状态。
