证券时报e公司讯，新农股份(002942)7月22日晚间公告，公司近日与巴斯夫柬埔寨签订产品分销协议，约定自2021年 9月至2024年9月，巴斯夫柬埔寨向公司采购农业用药BesunElite（30%噻唑锌悬浮剂），协议期限内巴斯夫柬埔寨拥有在柬埔寨的该产品的独家权，协议约定2021-2025年的采购总数量（非约束性预测量）为171千升（折合约205.2吨）。
