截至2022年7月17日，“天舟三号”货运飞船的飞行时间已经来到第300天（周期天）。自2021年9月20日15:10发射以来，“天舟三号”飞行时间已经接近10个月，是中国飞行时间第二长的飞船。
由于“问天”实验舱将于7月24日上行，“天舟三号”需要为“问天”腾出前向端口，下行近在咫尺！
“天舟三号”是“天舟”系列飞船批产以后的第1艘飞船，与“天舟四号”、“天舟五号”飞船属于同一批次产品。再入时，“天舟三号”会带上空间站上的预留垃圾坠入南太平洋，化作一道灿烂的流星回归地球！
