记者从黑龙江省应急指挥中心获悉，2022年7月12日晚，黑河市五大连池市朝阳山镇东风村因短时强降雨引发山洪，造成1人死亡8人失联，目前已组织700余人的搜救队伍，正在全力搜救中，受灾群众已全部转移到安全地带。
