上证报中国证券网讯（记者 潘建樑）南京银行晚间公告，公司高级管理人员和部分董事、监事合计20人（以下简称“增持主体”）计划通过上海证券交易所交易系统集中竞价交易方式增持不少于8,450,000元公司A股股份。本次增持股份计划的实施期限自2022年7月11日起3个月。
