1. 洁具。依次刷洗茶壶、公道杯、闻香杯、品茗杯。再将品茗杯中水倒入茶盘。
2. 置茶。取适量茶叶拨入茶荷，再拨入茶壶。
3．注水。冲入100℃沸水，至满壶为止。
4．刮沫。用壶盖刮去泡沫。
5．分茶。将茶汤全部倒入公道杯，再斟入闻香杯中。待闻香后再分斟到品茗杯中。
