中证网讯（记者 黄灵灵）7月8日，深圳证监局发布公告称，经查，深圳盛屯集团有限公司作为公司债券发行人，未按规定及时披露2021年年度报告，违反了《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》的相关规定，姚娟英作为时任公司董事长，对上述事项负有主要责任，决定对公司、姚娟英采取出具警示函的监管措施。
