俄罗斯对乌克兰的特别军事行动已经持续4个多月，到目前为止俄罗斯已经占领了98444平方公里，相当于乌克兰总面积的16.3%。俄军在卢甘斯克、顿涅茨克、哈尔科夫、扎波罗热和赫尔松等州都有军事存在。其中俄军占领区面积如下：卢甘斯克州:99.8%；赫尔松州:88.9%；扎波罗热州:74.6%；顿涅茨克州:59.2%；哈尔科夫州:32.4%。
