7月5日，越南河内市警方表示，由河内市人民检察院批准，河内公安调查安全局对阮粦胜发出逮捕令（1975年出生，现住在河内市多栋郡盛光巷221/32号），并对其进行拘留，因其涉嫌触犯2015年刑法第117条“制作、储存、传播和宣传旨在反对越南社会主义共和国的信息、文件和物品”罪。截至目前，该案正在调查中。
