证券时报e公司讯，岳阳林纸(600963)7月3日晚间公告，全资子公司森海碳汇作为乙方，与甲方甘肃会宁通宁建设发展有限公司签署《温室气体自愿减排项目林业碳汇资源开发合作合同》，合作期限为30年，按目前国内碳交易价格测算，预计合同实施年度将至少产生净利润2000万元。
