CGTN 7月3日报道，梅利托波尔市市长费多罗夫（Ivan Fedorov）周日宣布，乌克兰军队已经摧毁了该市四个俄罗斯军事基地中的一个，并专门对该基地发动了30多次打击。
费多罗夫还指出，预计会有大量人员从梅利托波尔撤离。
俄罗斯方面尚未对此作出回应。
