格隆汇6月27日丨新沣集团(01223.HK)公布，有关拟2212.97万元出售阿瑞娜(上海)70%股权，完成已于2022年6月27日根据协议的条款及条件达成。紧接完成后，阿瑞娜(上海)及该附属公司已不再为公司附属公司，阿瑞娜(上海)及该附属公司的财务业绩亦不会再与集团综合入账。
