6月20日晚间，联想集团在港交所公告，王雪红女士及薛澜教授已获委任为本公司独立非执行董事，自2022年6月20日起生效。公告显示，王雪红女士，63岁，为宏达国际电子股份有限公司共同创立人及现任董事长。薛澜教授，62岁，现为清华大学教授，任教及研究领域包括公共政策及管理、科技政策、危机管理及全球治理。
