格隆汇APP获悉，根据联交所最新权益披露资料显示，2022年6月15日，廖创兴企业(00194.HK)获执行董事、董事会主席、行政总裁兼董事总经理廖烈智在场内以每股均价7.36港元增持18.2万股，涉资约133.95万港元。
增持后，廖烈智最新持股数目为209,737,000股，持股比例由55.35%上升至55.40%。
