姚琮（1889-1977），字味辛，浙江瑞安人。1911年参加辛亥革命，后任连长、教练官、浙江陆军讲武堂教官、制宪国大代表、第一届国民大会代表、总统府战略顾问委员会中将委员。解放前夕去台湾，任“总统府”国策顾问。
