证券时报网讯，据海南日报消息，近日，海南省印发《关于调整完善土地出让收入使用范围优先支持乡村振兴的实施意见》。《实施意见》明确，“十四五”期间，海南在土地出让收入用于农业农村比例不低于8％的基础上，分年度稳步提高土地出让收益用于农业农村比例；2022年全省土地出让收益用于农业农村比例达到35％以上，以后每年提高5个百分点，确保到“十四五”期末全省土地出让收益用于农业农村比例达到50％以上。
