北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 李海颜）5月26日，厦门银行发布公告称，该行于5月25日收到银保监会批复，同意厦门金圆投资集团有限公司受让厦门市财政局持有的公司4.8亿股股份，占该行总股本的18.19%。受让完成后，厦门金圆投资集团有限公司及其关联方、一致行动人合计持有该行4.88亿股股份，持股比例为18.51%。
