彭博5月25日援引一位未具名消息人士称，日本投资公司（JIC）正在考虑收购东芝公司。贝恩资本和CVC资本合伙公司也提议过收购这家日本企业集团，该企业生产用于导弹制导和其他防御系统的技术。
