22日，波兰总统访问乌克兰后，泽伦斯基便宣布了一项法令：
“在乌克兰波兰公民所拥有的特殊法定权力”。
也就是说，波兰公民在乌克兰享有同等权利，可以做高官，可以从事机密工作，而且两国边界还可以模糊了。
至于波兰人能不能取代他做乌克兰总统，他还没说！
