据日经新闻，日本文部科学省和厚生劳动省5月20日发布数据称，今年春季毕业的大学生截至4月1日的就业率为95.8%。比因新冠疫情影响而大幅下降的上年（96.0%）下降0.2个百分点，连续2年下滑。
按性别观察今年春季的就业率，男生（94.6%）比上年下降0.4个百分点，女生（97.1%）下降0.1个百分点。按文理科来看，文科下降0.6个百分点，降至95.4%，而理工科上升1.5个百分点，达到97.4%，理工科就业率较为突出。
