证券时报e公司讯，西宁特钢(600117)4月22日晚间公告，下修2021年年度业绩预估。修正后公司预亏11.5亿元左右，此前公司预亏4.7亿元左右。子公司江仓能源公司实际控制的江仓三井田、江仓四井田矿业权将被注销，公司计提江仓能源矿业权权益等有关资产组预计导致归属于上市公司所有者的净利润减少约7.45亿元。
