中国网地产讯 近日，中指研究院发布上周楼市数据。数据指出，监测的8个代表城市整体库存环比上升0.31%。库存环比下降的城市中，杭州、苏州、福州降幅最大，为0.4%；广州次之，为0.3%。监测城市中，北京升幅最大，为2%。
