4月15日，中石油发布消息称，其所属广东石化储运船用燃料油项目近日正式开工。项目投产后，将使中石油低硫船用燃料油年产量新增260万吨，增长幅度为200%。新增产量约等于国内炼厂2020年全部保税低硫船燃产量的34%。
