证券时报e公司讯，永安林业(000663)3月28日晚间公告，公司拟将位于福建省三明市的面积为26125亩的林木资产及其林地使用权资产转让给中林三明，转让价格6013.3万元，公司通过此次交易预计将实现净利润约3987.36万元。中林三明与公司受同一间接控股股东及实控人控制。
