各设区市（杨凌示范区、韩城市）文化和旅游局：
为做好常态化疫情防控形势下校外艺术类培训机构管理工作，确保校外教育培训工作安全平稳开展。经研究，决定自3月22日起，有序恢复我省文化艺术类校外培训线下教学活动。请各市区文化和旅游管理部门按照当地政府相关要求，科学研判，合理确定具体复课时间。
