中证网讯 （记者 于蒙蒙）泽达易盛（688555）3月17日晚公告称，公司董事会于近日获悉，公司实控人、董事长兼总经理林应，公司董事、副总经理、财务总监兼董事会秘书应岚正在协助有关机关调查。公司称，公司董事会已经启动应急预案。目前，公司实控人、董事刘雪松正常主持公司各项生产经营工作。
