据曲靖市纪委监委消息：曲靖市文化和旅游局党组成员、副局长陈开双涉嫌严重违纪违法，已主动投案，目前正接受纪律审查和监察调查。
陈开双，男，汉族，1972年4月生，大学学历，中共党员，1991年8月参加工作。
历任曲靖市管理局工程科副科长，科长，副局长（正科）；曲靖市规划局副局长；宣威市羊场镇党委副书记（挂职）、曲靖市文化和旅游局副局长（副处级）。
