新民晚报讯（记者 金志刚）为全力配合新型冠状肺炎疫情防控工作，从今天起，上海长途客运总站暂停营运，恢复开站时间请关注总站官网公告。
上海长途客运总站表示，已购买2022年3月13日（含）以后车票的旅客，可全额退款。线上购票在原平台办理退票，钱款在7至15个工作日内退还；线下退票可至总站进站口找相关工作人员或总站恢复营运后到服务台办理退票。
