央广网天津3月11日消息（记者刘阳）近日，天津出台妇幼健康事业发展“十四五”规划。天津市将通过完善妇幼健康服务体系建设、强化出生缺陷综合防控等举措，为妇女儿童提供全方位、全周期健康服务，使天津市妇女儿童健康水平继续位于全国前列。
