江化微3月4日晚间公告，公司下属全资子公司江化微（镇江）电子材料有限公司以增资方式引进金石制造业转型升级新材料基金，此次增资总额为2.8亿元人民币，认购镇江江化微新增注册资本2亿元；新材料基金投资后持有镇江江化微股份比例为40%。
