商丘新闻网讯 记者日前从市发改委了解到，2021年，我市强化政策扶持和要素保障，强力实施工业企业智能化改造、技术改造和绿色化改造等“三大改造”，全年完成投资118亿元，实施“三大改造”项目378个，创建省级智能工厂智能车间5家、绿色工厂5家。
