我市2月21日发生13起电信网络诈骗案件，其中刷单4起，网贷3起，冒充熟人1起，网络交友诱导投资理财赌博诈骗（杀猪盘）3起，网络招嫖1起，裸聊敲诈1起。
案例一、蚌山区某居民（50岁，女性）在“全民K歌”APP上认识一位好友，对方以投资赚钱为由骗取22万元。
案例二、蚌山区某居民（27岁，男性）下载一色情软件，对方以投注做任务约小姐为由骗取8万元。
