日前，辽宁省政府颁布实施《辽宁省妇女发展规划（2021—2030年）》和《辽宁省儿童发展规划（2021—2030年）》。这是我省制定实施的第四个周期的妇女儿童发展规划，为未来一段时期辽宁省妇女儿童事业发展提供了行动指南，对于在新的历史起点上推动全省妇女儿童事业高质量发展意义重大、影响深远。
