因太原南站东广场1月27日交通管制，禁止一切社会车辆进入，受此影响，原停靠太原南站东广场的23路、79路、807路、K807路、849路、K849路、916路共计7条公交线路，在1月27日当天，临时全部改在太原南站西广场公交枢纽西侧站台停靠上下乘客。
待东广场交通管制解除后，上述线路全部恢复东广场原站位停靠。
